Recording ADR for ‘Men In Black – International’

We recorded the ADR for a number of scenes for Men In Black International with the actor in the booth at 80 HERTZ and the director operating from a remote studio in LA. We were ‘driving’ the Pro Tools session by sending linear time code as well as audio and the recorded ADR to the pairing studio over the internet using Source Connect Pro. This way of working allowed our engineers to control the Pro Tools session and to call takes giving the production team in LA the freedom to listen to takes and to give the actor direction in real time.

In this instalment of the franchise, Agent H (Chris Hemsworth) and Agent M (Tessa Thompson) team up to investigate an Alien mole inside the Men in Black.
